RSA Group plc (“RSA”) announces the appointment of Karen Caddick as its new Group & UK HR Director. Karen takes over the role from Cathy Lewis who has held the position since 2016 and will be retiring from executive work this year. In her new role Karen will sit on the Group and UK&I Executive Committees.
Karen rejoins RSA from Saga plc where she has served as Group Human Resources Director since 2015, leading the development and implementation of the company’s HR strategy. Karen worked in RSA’s UK and International business from 1993 to 2001, latterly as HR Director for their Personal Lines brand, MORE TH>N.
Karen’s other previous roles include HR Director positions with Barclays Bank, Channel Five, The Financial Times, Punch Taverns & Spirit Group PLC, and Morrisons PLC.
