Aquarium Software Makes Key Hires as it Expands Operations

Aquarium today announces the appointment of Jan Wilson as Head of Development. In this newly created role, Jan will consolidate and strengthen the company’s development and support teams to support Aquarium’s next phase of growth in the pet insurance and travel insurance sectors.

Jan will be responsible for extending the breadth and depth of skills across the technology teams, strengthening best practices and ensuring that the team is technically equipped to exceed the needs of current and future blue-chip insurance clients.
Jan has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT software industry.

He has gained a broad set of technical skills in a variety of different roles, including the technical design and reporting framework for the Home Office Fire & Rescue Service Incident Recording System. Jan joined Aquarium in October 2018 to implement and drive the processes and quality standards required for PCI DSS and ISO 27001/9001 compliance.

Aquarium also announces the appointment of Zaina Harb as Project Manager. Zaina joins the team taking responsibility for project implementation and delivery to customers and for ensuring a high standard of service. Zaina has extensive project management experience having worked for several leading financial services organisations.
