Comparison Creator, the software development company which specialises in insurance comparison, has appointed Charlotte Ford as its new relationship manager.
Bristol-born Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously worked in commercial sales, membership and hospitality, account management and sponsorship sales.
She will be managing Comparison Creator’s motor breakdown panel which powers breakdown comparison for GoCompare, Confused.com and money.co.uk.
She said: “I was previously working within the sports industry, selling sponsorship, advertising and hospitality, as well as managing the accounts and delivery of all, so a project management juggling act. Originally from Bristol, I started at Bristol Sport (which looks after Bristol City FC, Bristol Bears Rugby, and Bristol Flyers basketball) then moved to Cardiff to further my career.
“I was most recently working at Cardiff Blues Rugby Club as a Business Development Manager, generating new business for the club and account managing various clients. This is my first role within Insurance sector, and I’m really excited to take on the new challenge and deliver results for Comparison Creator and its partners.”

Launched in 2010, Comparison Creator provides a white-label breakdown comparison service for GoCompare, Moneysupermarket, Confused.com and Comparethemarket. It also provides home emergency comparison for GoCompare.
In 2017, Steve completed a management buyout with minority investors, Defaqto. He founded the company after working in the insurance and comparison industry for more than 25 years. He developed the Gladiator Commercial brand for Admiral Insurance and became its managing director, before leaving in 2003.
