ARX Insurance Joins MAXIS benefits Network

ARX Insurance, one of the largest insurance firms in Ukraine, has become the latest insurer to become a member of MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN), one of the world’s leading international employee benefits networks. ARX’s parent, Canadian insurer Fairfax, acquired former MAXIS GBN member AXA Ukraine last year along with ARX itself, with both entities now operating under the ARX brand.

ARX, which provides life, disability and medical coverage to MAXIS GBN’s multinational clients, has been operating in the insurance market for 26 years and is still experiencing impressive growth. For FY2019, the company grew by 22% and increased its client count by 20%. It’s currently the number one ranked insurer in Ukraine and in the top three for health insurance.

MAXIS GBN, co-founded by MetLife and AXA, combines world-class underwriting capabilities with technological innovation to deliver global employee benefits solutions that help leading multinationals and cross border businesses care for their staff and meet their strategic business goals.

MAXIS GBN works in partnership with around 500 multinational clients, including 50 employee benefits captives, to deliver risk management services and solutions. With approximately 140 local insurance carriers with specialist capabilities in over 120 markets, MAXIS GBN’s local insurers currently cover over 3.2 million employees worldwide. ARX is MAXIS GBN’s second partner in Ukraine, alongside MetLife Ukraine.
