Latest news from ISC, who have a new event aimed at recognising women in insurance, scheduled for October 8th;
ISC Group, a global business network, dedicated to accelerating cultural change through supporting the advancement of women in achieving leadership roles, is proud to announce the launch of the ISC Awards for women in insurance and reinsurance. This inaugural event, hosted by Marsh on 8th October, aims to recognise outstanding achievements in their members across business knowledge, mentoring, networking and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
To celebrate 20 years of support for women, ISC Group as pioneers in the sector, are looking for exceptional individuals from within its community of 10,000 members and 100 partner businesses with a focus on celebration and networking. The evening will feature a lively atmosphere with canapés and cocktails, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals, both women and men, who are members and allies, to connect and share their experiences.
These independent awards, for and by the industry, will also honour those who have significantly reinvested in the ISC community and driven cultural change within the industry.
The ISC team, along with input from trusted voices across their network, will curate a long list of nominees which will be opened to public voting, allowing the industry to have their say. A shortlist will then be shared with a distinguished panel of 5-6 judges who will be carefully selected to represent voices across the industry. This panel will select from the short list the winners for the awards. The final award winners will be announced on the 8th of October at the event.

Tickets for the event will be open to everyone, not just ISC members, ensuring a diverse and inclusive celebration. Only members from corporate partners and individual ISC Group members are eligible for nomination.
