Ardonagh Advisory is pleased to announce the acquisition of Anderson & Co (Holdings) Limited (ACH), along with its wholly owned subsidiary Anderson & Co (Insurance Brokers) Limited (ACIB).
Established over 50 years ago, Anderson & Co has become a leading broker in Blackpool, specialising in commercial and personal lines. The business, which has built a strong reputation for quality and client service, was acquired by Christine McLellan in 1993, who will continue to lead as Managing Director.
The Anderson & Co team will join the North Division of Ardonagh Advisory General Insurance (GI) Broking, led by Stephen Boyd, North Divisional Managing Director
This acquisition further strengthens Ardonagh Advisory’s footprint in the North, adding a highly reputable and well-established business to its portfolio.
