Always good to see growth in these volatile times, here’s the word;
Quotech, the underwriter-led developer of truly useful, properly integrated technology solutions for underwriting and broking teams, has hired multiple development staff to meet increasing demand for its AI-driven technology platforms.
Go specialist Will Hunt joins as a Software Developer. He brings more than 11 years’ programming experience, latterly for Sky. He says the secret to making a truly useful technology app for insurance is to get feedback regularly from clients and users, measuring their requirements against your work. “You can’t get it right working in a vacuum,” he says.
Ezequiel Lopes also joins as Software Developer. He has about five years’ experience working on regulated digital platforms for the pharmaceutical sector. He believes the key to making insurance technology truly useful is to understand the end user’s specific needs, make it intuitive and easy to use, and future-proof the app with scalability and flexibility.
Guillaume Bonnissent, Chief Executive of Quotech, said:
“Quotech is growing fast in response to the technology demands of existing and new clients. We’re developing new, AI driven platforms which do remarkable things to support everyday processes. To do so, we’ve had to staff up. It is an incredibly challenging job market for high quality developers, so I am super pleased to have Will and Ezequiel on board to help us deliver groundbreaking insurance technology for MGAs and underwriting teams, risk carriers, and brokers.”
