Verve Teams Up With BareRock on PII

The latest partnership news from Verve for you;

Verve, the compliance support partner for ambitious financial advice firms, has announced a new partnership with pioneering PI provider BareRock to offer Verve compliance clients exclusive discounts on Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII).

PII is a mandatory requirement for financial advisers. This partnership recognises that the firms investing in doing things properly, with strong governance, robust processes, and client-centric cultures, deserve to be rewarded.

Both Verve and BareRock are known for working with advice firms that care deeply about operating well. The partnership is built on a shared belief: that the best firms should not be penalised by the poor behaviour of others, but instead recognised and supported for their high standards.

Through the partnership, Verve Compliance Standard clients will receive an additional 5% discount on BareRock premiums and arrangement fees, while Verve Compliance Premium clients will receive an additional 10% discount. These discounts are applied on top of any BareRock Club tier discount firms qualify for through BareRock’s individual assessment process.

A different approach to compliance and PI

Verve provides award-winning compliance support designed to help, not overwhelm. Combining expert consultancy with its in-house technology platform Dextera™, Verve gives advice firms clear guidance, practical support, and real-time oversight to make running and scaling a firm simpler. Verve rejects regulatory jargon, avoids lengthy contracts, and applies Consumer Duty principles to its own service, making compliance a positive force for building better advice firms.

BareRock has taken a fundamentally different approach to PI. As a specialist underwriting agency, BareRock co-manufactures its insurance solutions rather than simply placing business with insurers. Its pioneering dynamic rating model uses qualitative assessment criteria to evaluate a firm’s culture, conduct and risk management practices, rather than relying on blunt measures like turnover and product mix. Firms that demonstrate high standards are rewarded with fairer, more stable premiums through the BareRock Club, with tiered discounts of up to 20% for those with exceptional controls and client outcomes.
