Maxis GBN Partners With Klarity and Workplace Options

The balance of employee benefits can be tricky, but it can make all the difference when it comes to retaining key staff. Here’s the latest partnership news from MAXIS GBN for you;
MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has today announced that it is working with two new partners, Klarity and Workplace Options. Both providers will be part of its wellness technology marketplace which delivers global wellness solutions to multinational employers.
Klarity specialises in preventive health screenings and early detection programmes that help employers promote proactive healthcare for their people worldwide. It combines clinical expertise and advanced diagnostics to deliver comprehensive blood screenings and health assessments, available onsite, in home or in dedicated medical settings.
Through its data enabled reporting, employees receive clear, actionable insights to support long term health management and reduce the risk of serious illness. Klarity’s solutions include:
  • General health assessments and wellness check-ups: providing employees with a clear overview of their current health status.
  • Comprehensive preventive health screenings: designed to identify early signs of preventable or manageable conditions through laboratory and clinical testing.
  • Cancer screening programmes: offering a wide variety of testing for several of the most common cancers, supporting early detection and intervention.
Will Cooper, CEO at Klarity said, “Screenings are crucial for employees to ensure that any underlying conditions they have are caught early before they become debilitating or even deadly. At Klarity, we work with employers who want to prioritise early detection, so they can help enable their employees to take control of their own health.”
Dr Leena Johns, Chief Health & Wellness Officer at MAXIS GBN said, “It’s no secret that when it comes to healthcare, prevention is crucial for improving health outcomes and managing medical costs. Yet often, screenings aren’t covered as part of a standard EB programme or can be difficult to access. I’m delighted that our multinational clients can now work with Klarity to provide valuable early detection solutions to their people, no matter where they live and work.”
Workplace Options, part of TELUS Health, specialises in tailored return-to-work solutions, helping employees to reintegrate successfully following a period of absence. Its services include:
  • Cancer Care Compass – helping employees return to work following a cancer diagnosis.
  • New parent return to work – designed to support all parents with a return to work, not only those welcoming their first child.
  • Rehabilitation support for return to work after sick leave – providing the structure, support and clinical guidance needed to help employees return to work after a prolonged absence.
Workplace Options delivers high-quality care, both digitally and in-person. It supports more than 88 million people from 127,000 organisations in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
JB Gruet, Chief Revenue Officer at Workplace Options said, “Employee absences are increasing around the world due to mental health concerns, chronic illness, disability and more. And the longer that employees are away from work, the more daunting it can be to return. Our services make the transition as seamless as possible for employees everywhere.”
Dr Leena Johns said, “Returning to work after a prolonged absence can be overwhelming for employees, impacting not only their recovery but their mental health too. Through our partnership with Workplace Options, our clients can make the return to work as easy as possible for their people, easing the burden on their mental wellbeing.
“I’m looking forward to seeing how both Klarity and Workplace Options can support our multinational clients and their people around the world.”
Klarity and Workplace Options are the latest suppliers to join MAXIS GBN’s wellness technology marketplace. The marketplace offers multinationals a dedicated and unique suite of digital-led health and wellness services from some of the world’s most innovative providers. The marketplace consists of carefully selected third-party suppliers which deliver global wellness solutions to multinationals and their people, matching the footprint of the employer.
