Graduation Day for RSA Broker Leader Programme Class of 2019

RSA Group plc is delighted to announce the graduation of the RSA Broker Leader Programme Class of 2019.  Graduates were congratulated at a ceremony led by RSA UK CEO Scott Egan.

Future industry leaders selected to take part in the prestigious RSA Broker Leader Programme have undertaken an intense training programme covering skills such as business planning, strategy development, leader communications and change management. In addition to face-to-face training, leaders were assigned a mentor from RSA’s leadership team who coached them throughout the programme and will continue to support their careers going forward.

To apply their learning directly to their work, each candidate focused on a live project from their brokerage throughout the course. For the final stage of the programme they presented their plans to RSA executives and a sponsor from their own firm.

The intensive six-month programme, now in its fourth year, is CPD accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute. It has enabled future leaders from RSA’s key broking partners to gain skills tailored specifically for the general insurance market.

Scott Egan UK Ceo at RSA, commented;

“The strength of RSA’s commercial business lies in the strength of our broker relationships, who are critical partners in bringing our expertise to market and helping us gain the trust of our customers. We are committed to maintaining and growing long term partnerships with brokers by supporting the development of their talented future leaders.

I’m delighted to have been able to meet the brilliant participants of this year’s Programme – who I have no doubt will go on to do great things in the industry!”
