Further to its announcement of 20th August 2019, SSL Endeavour Ltd (SSLE) is pleased to confirm that it has signed definitive documents for the acquisition of a controlling shareholding in WorldLink Holdings LLC (WorldLink), a fast growing North American specialty aviation brokerage and MGA.
SSLE Group Non-Executive Chairman Jonathan Palmer-Brown and Group CEO David Lawrence will join Worldlink’s Chairman and Joint CEO Charles Engel and President and Joint CEO, Phil Gingell on the board of Worldlink Holdings.
SSLE Group CEO David Lawrence said:
