Bought By Many, the UK’s most trusted pet insurance provider, last night won the Contribution to Gender Diversity and Change Excellence awards at the first Women in Insurance awards in London.
The Contribution to Gender Diversity award is given to organisations within insurance who have implemented a project, initiative or wider changes in gender diversity to promote the cause within the insurance industry. Judges described Bought By Many as having “great core values” and said it is “doing in practice what many talk about in regards to gender diversity”.
The Change Excellence Award was given to Bought By Many’s Melanie Walker, Business Analyst, in recognition of her work on Bought By Many’s expansion into the Swedish market. Melanie’s entry was described by judges as “providing clear examples of her change abilities across a range of projects, which presented difficult challenges.”
