Following eight years at Facebook, Burningham joins Tictrac with a remit to help brands around the world support their employees and customers with bespoke, personalised health and wellbeing experiences. A seasoned global director, Burningham will be responsible for building new, creative, fully branded partnerships as well as ensuring the overall satisfaction, retention and growth of existing customers.
At Facebook, Burningham was responsible for initiating and managing local, regional and global outcome-lead marketing relationships with many of the world’s biggest brands, including American Express and Volkswagen Group. He also led the development and execution of industry-leading brand and acquisition activity harnessing solutions across Facebook’s roster of apps and services including, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Workplace.
Burningham has spent over 18 years in senior commercial and marketing roles at leading global platforms and production companies. This includes Virgin Radio, Bebo and Elisabeth Murdoch’s TV production company Shine.

This news follows a recent funding round of £6m in March 2020 which has allowed the company to expand its Employee Wellbeing (SaaS) platform, in a bid to tackle increasing stress levels and health problems in the workplace. Tictrac is also scaling up its already successful Enterprise platform, which enables insurance companies and health providers to engage their customers in their health and to tailor relevant products and services to them.
