Yes, ESG is a big deal now – it must be if Crawford and others in the insurance sector are appointing Sustainability Managers. Here’s the latest press update;

Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD-A and CRD-B), the world’s largest publicly listed independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions, is delighted to announce the appointment of Kate Prangnell as Crawford first corporate sustainability manager in the UK.

In this newly created role, Prangnell will be tasked with ensuring Crawford & Company’s commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) best practice is embedded into its offering at every stage.
