AXA Deepens Partnership With British Gas Brand

AXA Partners UK & Ireland has extended its long-term partnership with British Gas, through the relaunch of a Windows, Locks, Roof, and Pest Insurance product and the development of a new e-commerce solution.

The product has been designed to give full peace of mind to British Gas customers by providing increased peace of mind with the repair and replacement of broken windows, locks and roofs, along with the removal or treatment of pest infestations. All of which can cause considerable distress and cost without cover in place.

AXA Partners is supporting British Gas’ ambition to add further value to its customer proposition, through the reassurance that this assistance product provides during a customer’s time of need. This latest initiative is also a key part of AXA Partners’ investment in digital transformation, with the development of a new e-commerce tool that will enable the product to be sold directly to British Gas customers. AXA Partners will manage the complete end-to-end digital sales journey for British Gas, as well as the claims handling.

The company will also work closely with British Gas to identify further opportunities to enhance the insurance product suite and customer offering.
