The German arm of Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe (AND-E), the European subsidiary of the Japanese insurance giant MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings Inc, has today announced that it has been certified as a ‘Leading Employer’, putting it in the top 1% of companies in Germany.
Every year, Leading Employers, the world’s most comprehensive study of employer qualities, analyses more than 200 global information sources, across 160,000 businesses. Its transparent evaluation system, along with ratification from a board of expert panellists, identifies those companies that meet the criteria to be in the top 1% of all employers. Employee satisfaction, health management, career opportunities and company values are all measured as part of the criteria.
Commenting on achieving the certification as a Leading Employer for the German arm of AND-E, Diana Straßer, Head of HR for AND-E Germany said:
