Zurich UK has awarded Europcar Mobility Group UK a new three-year contract as sole supplier for temporary replacement vehicles.
Europcar has a commitment to ongoing innovation for the insurance marketplace. With the introduction of Cogent Hire (Non Fault Credit Hire) and a dedicated insurance support team at its Leicester HQ, it is offering a best in class end-to-end solution for all insurance mobility claim types. This is supported by a seamless digital customer journey and fleet management platform.
The comprehensive and extensive Europcar fleet, encompassing a wide choice of hybrid and fully electric vehicles, also gives Zurich the foundations to move to an ‘EV for EV’ model for its customers as the market transitions to the new automotive technology.
