AEGIS London delivered an exceptional claims performance in 2021, according to independent insurance research firm, Gracechurch Consulting, which awarded AEGIS London its claims quality marque for the sixth year in succession. Claims teams achieve the award based on a range of empirical measures, including having a 12month consistently above-average ‘Net PromoterScore’ (NPS).
One of only six London market businesses to qualify for the marque, all core reputation metrics that make up the NPS were even better than 2020 levels, including speed of response, commerciality, communication, strength of relationships and expertise.
