West Midlands Based brokers, Edwards Insurance Brokers, has today announced their new premises in Cams Hall, Fareham, to bring together their home based staff on the South Coast.
Established in 2004, Chartered Brokers, Edwards Insurance Brokers have shown they meet the highest standards of competence, knowledge and behaviour in the insurance industry. As the team continues to expand, Edwards Insurance Brokers are taking steps to ensure every member of staff can choose to work within their team in a physical space as well as remotely.
Commenting on the expansion, Christopher Edwards, Director at Edwards Insurance Brokers, said: “One of the great things that came out of the pandemic was that businesses can accommodate more flexible working. Over this period, we have built up an excellent remote team on the South Coast who have been doing an incredible job at providing the levels of service our clients have come to expect.”
“There are benefits to meeting with colleagues in person that can’t be simulated in a virtual space though, so we’re now taking steps to offer our remote workers the opportunity to move toward a more hybrid way of working. We hope this will not only encourage collaboration but also enable colleagues to have a more defined work/life balance.”
