US Market: Greyling Announces Two Senior Level Appointments

Some news from the USA;

Greyling Insurance Brokerage & Risk Consulting, a division of EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants and a national specialty insurance brokerage and risk consulting firm that serves design and construction professionals, contractors, environmental service firms and law firms, has appointed Leo Argiris as Executive Managing Principal and Robert “Trey” Moye as Senior Vice President. Argiris and Moye will lead client and employee engagements, support existing and new clients with risk management consulting and pursue business development.

“We maintain a unique position in our industry, offering our design and construction industry clients meaningful and proactive risk management on a project-specific and enterprise-wide basis, in addition to procuring insurance and providing innovative risk transfer strategies,” said Gregg Bundschuh, Managing Principal of Greyling. “Leo and Trey each bring substantial individual experience that will immediately benefit our clients and the new clients they will attract to Greyling. They will also bring leadership and continuity to our growing team of professionals.”

Argiris joined Greyling on Nov. 14, 2022, bolstering the company’s presence in New York City and supporting the firm’s existing client base of design firms in the region. He brings over 37 years of experience in promoting growth and managing day-to-day operations for engineering and design firms. As a subject matter expert on complex-project design and construction, he has served as forensic engineer and expert witness for multiple high-profile construction project disputes. Prior to joining Greyling, Argiris was with Arup, an ENR Top 50 global engineering and design firm, where he most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas region. In this role, he managed operations across 14 offices in North & South America with over 1,700 staff and approximately $500 million annual revenues. He has chaired or served on many Arup cross-departmental committees including those focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion, marketing and communications, client service, and social infrastructure.

Moye joins as a Senior Vice President. He will lead complex and high-level consulting engagements throughout EPIC and Greyling, while serving as senior executive and advisor for clients with a primary focus on large and international construction contractors. He will also support the firm’s business development strategy and efforts. Previously, Moye served as Regional Corporate Counsel at Skanska USA Building, Inc., where he oversaw operations in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, Oklahoma and Ohio. At Skanska and prior in-house positions, Moye developed significant expertise in drafting and negotiating complex construction transactions for industrial, manufacturing, commercial, distribution, and education projects across the world, totaling more than $6 billion in completed construction values. In addition to his eight years at Skanska, Moye served as in-house for KBR after practicing construction law for nearly ten years in Atlanta. He will join Greyling on Jan. 1, 2023, in its Alpharetta headquarters.
