The latest acquisition for QuestGates;
QuestGates today announces that it has strengthened its professional building services proposition with the acquisition of Ramsay McMichael Consulting Limited, who are headquartered in Glasgow. The deal is another step towards the company’s goal to enhance its position as the preeminent provider of specialist loss adjusting and related services by becoming one of the leading insurance-led professional building services firms.
Ramsay McMichael boasts a highly experienced team with years of Chartered experience for building surveying, architecture, consulting, civil and structural engineering, and its service structure complements both QuestGates’ existing surveying division and their acquisition of
Structural Surveys and Design Ltd last year.

Ramsay McMichael will become part of the wider QuestGates group but continue to operate under its established brand with further recruitment being sought to enhance the business’s geographic coverage. The acquisition has been completed without the need for external funding and also highlights the importance of Scotland as a key region for the loss adjusting group as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
