After a detailed shortlisting process, Premium Credit has been named as finalists at the CIPD People Management Awards (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). The awards recognise the outstanding talent, teams and projects delivered by the UK’s public and private sector within Human Resources, Learning & Development and Organisational Development.
Premium Credit has been nominated in the following categories:
Best Organisational Development or Design Initiative – recognising Premium Credit’s project to grow and improve its sales team’s financial performance which led to the best results in the business’ 30+ year history. (Premium Credit currently lends over £4.5 billion in net advances). The entry also highlighted how clear development pathways were identified for different roles within the team and the launch of a sales academy to enable individuals to reach their full potential.
Best Employee Experience Initiative – acknowledging Premium Credit’s strategy to transform the culture of the business, developing a high performing environment, improving engagement and employment relationship so that colleagues felt supported, and able to perform at their best.
The award nominations outline two of a series of people initiatives the business ran during the Covid-19 pandemic, the aftermath of Brexit and through the wider economic challenges of the past year.
Sarah Evans, Head of HR, Premium Credit comments: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted at the CIPD People Management Awards – the nominations independently verify the levels of excellence being achieved.
