Abacai, an integrated next-gen insurance distributor and underwriter, and HF, the UK’s leading legal advisers to the insurance and commercial sectors, have entered into a strategic partnership which includes moving members of the Abacai volume claims teams to HF via TUPE.
HF will bring their unique expertise to support the volume claims teams as they continue providing a first rate service to their customers. The transfer of 24 employees which takes place today following a consultation period, will protect both Abacai’s service to its customers and the jobs and employment rights of the teams involved.
