York-based personal line insurance provider, The Insurance Emporium, has celebrated a successful start to 2024 as it adds the ‘Best Claims Service’ award, from the 2024 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, to its trophy cabinet. In addition, the insurer was also recognised as ‘Highly Commended’ under the ‘Pet Insurance Provider of the Year’ award at the ceremony which took place in London on February 7th.

Capping off its success, Moneyfacts has recently announced its star rating results for pet insurance for 2024. As a result, The Insurance Emporium were awarded 16 five-star ratings across both its Cat and Dog insurance products, while achieving a further three, four-star ratings on both its Cat and Dog insurance products.
Moneyfacts confirm that products that they award four- and five-star ratings have ‘the most comprehensive range of standout features and competitive limits, which set them apart from the rest of the market’.
