Latest investment deal announcement from MRH Trowe;
Lürse has acquired a majority stake in Mensch & Kuhnert GmbH, based in Blaustein near Ulm. Its business area includes pension appraisals, expert work in the field of company pension schemes and the management of pension schemes. Through its investment, Lurse complements its own company pension expertise in particular with optimised solutions for managing partners (GGF). Managing directors and board members of companies nationwide can use the extended advisory services.
Lurse, an MRH Trowe company, is a leading strategy consultant and specialist in HR and company pension systems. “With this takeover, we are adding the particularly high-growth segment of GGF pensions to our range of services in the company pension business area,” says Matthias Edelmann, Member of the Board of Management at Lurse and Member of the Board of Management at MRH Trowe. At the same time, Lurse is sending a strong signal in the industry and underpinning its position as an innovative partner for companies in all strategic, legal, actuarial, business and administrative issues relating to company pensions.
In the future, Lurse, Mensch & Kuhnert and MRH Trowe will jointly develop the business area of strategic company pension consulting. For MRH Trowe customers in particular, additional added value is created as part of the 360-degree consulting approach on the topics of insurance, benefits and finance.
