DAS Teams Up With Preferred Management Solutions

Partnership deals can really help insurance brands deliver on their promise when things go wrong and claims come in via phone and email. Here’s the word from DAS, who have strengthened their home repair response;

DAS UK (part of the ARAG Group) has announced a new arrangement with Preferred Management Solutions, the home assistance and property repair business, to provide home emergency services to DAS partners and customers as part of a wider panel of suppliers.

Preferred has been awarded the contract after demonstrating expertise in home emergency and for its digitally-led, customer-centric solutions, developed in-house.

Head of Claims Supply Chain for DAS UK, Cheralyn Perry commented, “Preferred has a great culture and their focus on digitalising the customer journey and providing exceptional customer service is aligned to DAS goals. We look forward to working with them over the coming years.”
