PPL has launched its new underwriter dashboard, designed to support users as they address high volumes of business activity on the platform. Here are details FYI;
Acting more like a worklist, the revised dashboard structure and user interface will aid underwriters in finding work items and importantly signal the tasks that remain outstanding.
The new underwriter dashboard provides users with the ability to:
- Quickly understand the nature and volume of work items via clearer categorisation
- Search and select work items through an improved interface
- Personalise their dashboard by saving filtered views
- View MI and tasks at both an individual and a team level
The new functionality is a further deployment of the new user interface framework, that started with the roll out of Express Contract functionality in September.
The underwriter dashboard was prioritised by PPL’s Market Governance Committees, developed in collaboration with carriers and informed through structured end-user research across several firms.
Andy Woolley, Director of Product and Practice “The launch of our new underwriter dashboard marks a further step in our efforts to deliver an intuitive user experience. This latest development brings new navigation tools and clearer screen layouts, making it quicker and easier for underwriters to manage their work across the placing process.”
