Latest update from Aventum;
Aventum, the fast-growing International (Re)Insurance Group, has announced it has relocated its UK headquarters to the iconic Monument Building (11, Monument St, London). A reflection of its rapid growth, the new offices are more than a physical workspace. It is a place that brings its people and brands together under a common purpose and culture.
The Aventum team has increased by 135% in the last four years. The new office has been designed to create a workspace in which every member of its team can thrive. A physical representation of its “Dare to” culture, Aventum’s office includes dedicated spaces across two floors for each of its brands, with spaces for collaboration, innovation and relaxation – including its own BEARista coffee shop, a range of inhouse wellness and fitness services, and dedicated spaces for performance coaching, training, and mentoring.
Speaking about the new HQ, John Bearman, Chief Investment Officer of Aventum, commented:
“Our new office is a place that makes insurance exciting for our talented team and everyone that visits us. We were Lime Street’s best kept secret for a few years, but I think the secret’s well and truly out now. We’ve grown at an unprecedented rate over the last four years, but we’ve still only just begun.”
He continued: “Each of our brands continues to attract the best talent in the market thanks to our unique ownership model, entrepreneurial culture, and a shared ambition to always do things better. It’s not by accident that we’ve been consistently recognised as one of the best places to work and our new London office reflects that.”
Aventum is a now one of the world’s leading and fastest growing independent Specialty insurance groups, trading more than USD 1.86bn GWP annually, with 17 offices globally. Through its international (Re)Insurance Broking arm Consilium, and its global MGA operation, Rokstone, it offers clients a range of specialist and niche solutions in all lines of Property & Casualty (re)insurance globally.
