New investment for MRH Trowe, here are the details;
With MRH Trowe, FP Finanzpartner AG is adding an independent strategic partner to its circle of shareholders.
To this end, the shareholders will sell the narrow majority of the shares in MRH Trowe. Together, the partners are thus creating the basis for the further development of the private customer business as well as the mutual complementarity of the service profiles. FP Finanzpartner AG is one of the largest independent financial advisory firms in Germany. Around 200 experts provide holistic support to more than 40,000 private and business customers in asset, financing and insurance matters. As an independent broker, MRH Trowe serves around 130,000 corporate customers in the areas of insurance, benefits and finance.
“With MRH Trowe, we are enormously expanding our range of services for corporate clients and our advisors. At the same time, MRH Trowe will enable us to significantly accelerate the further development of our core business. This provides advantages on the customer and advisor side and gives us noticeable competitive advantages,” explains Christian Just, CEO of FP Finanzpartner AG.
“Competent advice will continue to be of great importance in the future for holistic asset planning and hedging despite digitalisation,” explains Ralph Rockel, CEO of MRH Trowe. Together with afm Holding AG, which has been part of MRH Trowe since 2022 and is primarily active in northern and western Germany, MRH Trowe now offers a nationwide service for private customers.
The previous Management Board team of FP Finanzpartner AG will remain responsible and lead the company. The management and successful advisors remain shareholders of the company. “We have known MRH Trowe for many years and appreciate the cooperation and the same understanding of values,” says Christian Just. “From this, we have now developed a concept on how we can strengthen each other and leverage joint synergies. We are now implementing this.”
