Faced with continued rapid growth, S&G Response identified the need to streamline certain processes to optimise efficiency and reduce reliance on manual intervention in its claims management process. In collaboration with Claim Technology´s insurtech marketplace, S&G Response evaluated different options in the market and chose Bdeo because of its flexibility and configurability, which perfectly suited their needs.

How Bdeo transforms S&G claims management

Thanks to the integration of Bdeo´s Visual Intelligence, S&G Response has implemented an innovative, AI-powered damage detection solution that begins with the drivers of damaged vehicles. This tool allows the driver/owner to take photos of the damaged vehicle using their phone.

The images are then processed by Bdeo´s technology to instantly detect damaged parts, including damage severity and type. Damages are triaged according to criteria defined by S&G Response. This drives the claim to the most suitable resolution option, whether it be mobile repair, bodyshop booking, assessor review or potential total loss.

This significantly accelerates case resolution, prevents unnecessary transfers, standardises information, enables a digital channel for case tracking, and reduces operational costs.

The collaboration between Bdeo and S&G Response has been very positive from the outset, thanks largely to S&G Response already using Claim Technology´s customer self-serve technology, which facilitated a quick and efficient implementation of Bdeo’s solution.
