HDI Global Upgraded to AA Rating by Credit Agency

The international rating agency S&P Global Ratings upgraded the credit ratings of HDI Global SE and the Talanx Primary Insurance Group from “A+” (Strong) to “AA-” (Very Strong) with stable outlook.

S&P Global Ratings explains the upgrade for HDI Global SE with the consistent strengthening of the balance sheet as well as the ongoing diversification of earnings streams across business lines and regions on Group level. With this decision, S&P explicitly recognised the strong development of HDI Global SE within the Talanx Group, acting as a strong Corporate & Specialty player.
