NFU Mutual Picks Up Gallup Award For 10th Year in a Row

Stratford-upon-Avon insurer NFU Mutual has won the Gallup Exceptional Workplace award for the tenth year in a row, the first UK-based company to acheive the accolade. Quite an achievement, here are the details;

The Gallup Exceptional workplace award recognised the world’s best companies when it comes to employee engagement, with NFU Mutual first winning the award in 2015. This year, the Stratford-upon-Avon-based insurer also received the award with a Distinction – marking it as one of the best of the best.

Gallup measures the engagement of employees in 347 companies across 90 countries, with only the top 1% of companies receiving the Exceptional Workplace Award. The top companies are those proven to engage, value and empower their employees.

Kenny Graves, HR Director at NFU Mutual, explained the importance of the Award to the insurer:

The Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award is based on a comprehensive Gallup engagement survey devised by workplace scientists and experts, which is administered to employees in organisations across the world.
