J3 Advisory, the latent defects insurance and funding specialists, have announced the opening of its new office in Manchester. This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of developers, lenders, and property professionals across the North of England.
With Manchester cementing its place as a hub for development in the North West, J3’s local presence will make it easier to provide quick, responsive support to clients on the ground. The team will continue to advise on structural warranties, latent defects cover and construction insurance helping developers and lenders protect their projects from start to finish.
“The expansion into Manchester allows us to deliver even more personalised support to developers and lenders across the region,” said Jack Bristow, managing director at J3. “We’ve truly enjoyed being part of the development scene in the North West over the past three years. Establishing an office in the region feels like a natural and exciting step toward expanding our business and providing even greater support to our clients.”
J3 Advisory already partners with prominent clients in the region including Capital & Centric, Beech Holdings, Torsion Homes, BLCP and Cert Property and is excited to further develop these relationships while welcoming new clients across the region. By establishing a local office, the company can deliver hands-on support, helping clients secure the right insurance coverage to meet lender requirements and mitigate project risks.
Looking ahead, the team will also support clients across Leeds, Liverpool, and other Northern cities. The new office underlines J3’s confidence in the region’s continued growth and its commitment to providing lenders and developers with the right advice and cover to keep projects moving.
