Quick update from MRH Trowe;
MRH Trowe & Lurse has grown strongly in recent years. With the merger with Heubeck AG, MRH Trowe & Lurse has risen to the top 3 consultants for pensions, benefits and compensation. This opens up opportunities to further strengthen market and customer relationships. MRH Trowe & Lurse is restructuring its management team to meet the changed requirements. The management team focuses on different areas in order to be able to offer customers the highest possible service in the respective specialist area.
As spokesman for the management team, Norman Dreger will assume overall responsibility for MRH Trowe & Lurse as of July 1, 2025. In addition to his previous responsibility for international consulting, he will lead the six-person management team and further develop the strategic positioning of MRH Trowe & Lurse. Dreger has been Managing Partner at MRH Trowe & Lürse since February 2025. Since then, he has headed the actuarial services division and is responsible for the expansion of the international pensions and benefits business. The former CEO of Mercer Germany has extensive experience in serving global customers and thus provides additional impetus for further development.
Susanna Adelhardt, CEO of Heubeck AG, will take over responsibility for actuarial topics in the management team. Carsten Ganz is head of the Insured Pension & Benefits department. Dr. Tina Heubeck is responsible for the integration of MRH Trowe & Lürse and Heubeck as well as the Functions division. Frank Zagermann will lead the administration department together with Rainald Meyer, Meyer will also take on management tasks in the consulting department with a focus on the German market. Maximilian Evers is Head of HR Consulting and Benchmarking.
Matthias Edelmann, CEO of MRH Trowe, will move to the Supervisory Board of MRH Trowe. With this step, he is deliberately creating space to devote himself even more intensively to market-oriented tasks in the future and to drive forward the strategic development of MRH Trowe & Lurse. His many years of experience and extensive network will continue to be of great value to customer relationships and market activities.
Edelmann will remain Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Heubeck AG and a member of the Board of Directors of the international Benefits & Pensions consulting network MBWL.
