AXA UK & IRELAND
AXA UK & Ireland has today announced the appointment of Henri de la Serve as Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory approval. Roland Moquet, who has held the role for five years, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at AXA Belgium.
Henri joins AXA UK & Ireland on 1 September from AXA Spain, where he is currently Chief Financial Officer. He will be a member of the UK & Ireland Management Committee and report to the UK & Ireland CEO, Tara Foley. Prior to his role at AXA Spain, Henri held senior roles across AXA in the Far East and Europe over the past 13 years. Before joining AXA, he worked for Credit Agricole for more than five years.

he Swedish Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Julia Ju as the new Chief Executive and Area Manager of the Hong Kong Branch effective 1 October 2025.
It follows the news that Lars A. Malm will be leaving the organisation to take on a new role with Cambiaso Risso. Lars has accepted an offer to establish and lead their new office in Hong Kong.
Julia, currently Head of Claims at The Swedish Club Hong Kong, brings over two decades of experience in P&I claims handling, having served in both The Swedish Club and China P&I Club. She holds LLM degrees from the University of Southampton and Peking University, and an LLB from Dalian Maritime University. Julia’s extensive expertise and leadership will ensure a seamless transition and continued excellence in service to The Swedish Club members.
PREMIUM CREDIT

Premium Credit, a leading provider of insurance premium finance (IPF) and specialist payment solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Scott as Director of Partner Relationships. Alan will focus on deepening collaboration with broker partners to drive mutual growth, increase customer offer and penetration rates, and enhance the overall partner experience.
Alan leads the IPF Broker Account Management teams across the commercial insurance market in the UK, reporting into Owen Thomas, Chief Sales Officer. He joins Premium Credit having held senior positions at AXA UK and RSA. His appointment directly supports Premium Credit’s strategic ambition of being the first-choice premium finance provider, offering convenient, compliant payment options through both existing and new distribution channels.
VISTRA
Vistra, a leading provider of essential business solutions that help organisations to invest and grow efficiently and compliantly across the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Jenkins as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kim Jenkins succeeds Simon Webster who has served as CEO since 2022. Simon will leave the company on 4 July, returning to Europe to be with his family.

Kim previously served as Group CEO of Tricor and following its merger with Vistra, became Chief Operating Officer in January 2024. Having successfully integrated the two businesses the company is now in the next phase of its operating cycle and Kim’s expertise in delivery, client excellence and innovation will be invaluable as she leads Vistra through its growth journey.
Kim’s career spans financial services, technology, and data, with leadership roles across Africa, Australia, India, and Europe. Her previous experience includes serving as Group COO of SAI Global and CEO of its Property and Assurance Divisions.
EXOLON GROUP
The Exolon Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Willem Wieringa as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective July 1, 2025. He succeeds Jens Becker, who has successfully led the company in recent years and is now handing over the reins to his successor.

Arch Insurance International (Arch) has announced the appointment of Stephen Convery as a Senior Construction Underwriter, with immediate effect.
In this role, Convery is responsible for supporting the growth of Arch’s construction portfolio which provides coverage on a global basis for large and complex risks. Based in London, he reports to Tim Chapman, Head of Construction. Convery brings over 18 years of experience in the construction insurance market and prior to joining Arch was a Senior Construction Underwriter at SCOR. His appointment follows the recent announcement of Tim Chapman as Head of Construction in June 2025.

Liberty Global Transaction Solutions (GTS), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance, is pleased to announce the promotion of Hilary Weiss to Head of Americas, effective immediately.
Weiss joined Liberty Mutual in 2018 as Associate Vice President, Americas M&A before moving to Liberty GTS in 2021 as Head of the company’s Eastern Zone. In March this year she was also appointed Head of Representation and Warranties Insurance (RWI) for Liberty GTS. Weiss will report into both Rowan Bamford, President at Liberty GTS and Matt Dolan, President of North American Specialty at Liberty Mutual.

Premialab, has announced the appointment of Mr. Bogdan Levchenko, CFA as Senior Product Specialist as part of the expansion of its EMEA team. Mr. Levchenko served as Head of Portfolio Modeling at Man Group with previous senior positions at Credit Suisse.
Mr. Levchenko has over 20 years’ experience involving quantitative and alternative strategies. He will be responsible to further support the firm’s business development efforts in EMEA specifically leveraging insights from Premialab unique dataset on quantitative and multi-asset investment strategies.

Mary joins the team with over 15 years’ experience in insurance and construction law and brings significant expertise in professional indemnity claims across Ireland and the UK.
A highly experienced litigation solicitor, Mary is dual qualified in Ireland and in England and Wales. She has advised on a wide range of complex disputes, particularly in defending claims against professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, solicitors and brokers. She is a Certified Insurance Practitioner and currently acts as a panel defence solicitor for several insurer-led professional indemnity schemes.

The Energy team in Singapore is led by Scott Ho. Alongside him and Charles Tan, Brand will be responsible for supporting the underwriting strategy for Chaucer’s energy business, expanding Chaucer’s reach in the APAC energy insurance market.
HDI GLOBAL
HDI Global SE announces the appointment of two seasoned executives to its HDI Enablers division, specializing in Risk Finance solutions.
Effective June, Nelson Castellanos joins as the Vice President Global Markets, HDI Enablers. He is reporting to Eric Joly-Pottuz, Head of HDI Global SE – Enablers, who himself is reporting to Dr Dirk Höring, Member of the HDI Global SE Executive Board, responsible for Property Insurance, Engineering Insurance, Marine Insurance, HDI Risk Consulting.
Fabien Guilhot is appointed as the Insurance Technics Director, HDI Enablers. Reporting to Joly-Pottuz as well, Fabien offers deep expertise from his roles in Property underwriting. As the team’s go to expert for compliance, policy wording and coverage-related matters, Guilhot will advance the team’s Risk Finance product offerings globally.
LIBERTY SPECIALTY

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has announced the appointment of Niala Butt as head of casualty claims, UK. Reporting to Nik Mahida, head of third-party claims, UK & MENA, LSM, Butt will be based in London.
Her appointment marks a strategic move for LSM as it aligns its London claims department with the wider business. Following Carly Marston’s promotion to head of FINPRO claims in February, this appointment sees the second senior female role filled in the LSM claims team in recent months.
In her new role, Butt will lead the casualty claims team, supporting LSM’s goal to deliver greater claims value across the insurance lifecycle. Amongst her areas of focus will be trend analysis, operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement, which will include sharing her considerable knowledge and expertise working directly with insureds.
NATIVE
Native, the digital asset insurance broker backed by Nexus Mutual, announces the appointment of George Frith as Divisional Director, Bitcoin Mining and AI Compute. In this role, Frith will lead the broking of complex risks across digital assets, bitcoin mining operations, and AI compute infrastructure.
Frith brings over a decade of insurance industry experience, including eight years in underwriting and two in broking, with a strong focus on the property market. His career includes roles at AIG, Hiscox, Superscript, and most recently, Relm Insurance, where he founded a property book from the ground up. At Native, Frith will work closely with clients to help them identify risk exposures and access bespoke cover in areas where traditional insurance models often fall short.
DAVIES
Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology company serving insurance and highly regulated markets, announces the appointment of James Ferris as CEO of the firm’s Captive Management business. Based in Bermuda, the appointment is effective from 1 July and will see James assume the Captive Management CEO role from Nick Frost, who will take on the role of Chairman.
James, who brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to the role, joins from BMS, where he was CEO of capital & risk advisory in Bermuda. Prior to joining BMS, James spent over two decades at PwC and was lead Partner of the advisory team in Bermuda. Ferris’ experience brings new capabilities and perspectives to the team, as he takes over responsibility for the business and leading Davies’ global captives team, with clear goals to expand services and capabilities.
