Ian has spent the last 12 years working in the education sector in the United Arab Emirates, where he was known for his professionalism, and commitment to people. Now, together with his wife and family, he has returned to Northern Ireland to take on an exciting new chapter with Aspray.
Having personally experienced the stress of going through two property insurance claims in the past, Ian understands just how overwhelming the process can feel for policyholders. It was this first-hand experience that sparked his interest in joining Aspray.
Ian brings a people-first approach to claims management, offering a reassuring presence when customers need it most.
Speaking about his new role, Ian said:
