Decus Insurance Brokers, part of Bridge Specialty International (BSI), has appointed Steve Downing to lead a new division providing wholesale construction insurance solutions across the London and broader European markets.
Reporting to Glyn Harris, Chief Executive Officer of Decus, Steve brings over three decades of experience in the construction insurance market. His appointment enables BSI to strengthen its existing capabilities and expand its service offering for both U.S. and international customers. This strategic hire demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence, both in attracting top industry talent and in delivering innovative construction insurance solutions.
