Brown & Brown (Europe) Ltd, part of Brown & Brown Inc. (“Brown & Brown”), has acquired the entire share capital of All Medical Professionals Limited (“AMP”), trading as All Med Pro Dental.
AMP is a Swindon-based digital insurance broker serving medical professionals across the Dentistry, Life Science and Hospital sectors. Founded in 2011 by Company Directors Tom Chaston and Adam O’Keeffe, AMP has developed a strong reputation for delivering specialist, technology-enabled solutions to medical professionals.
Tom, Adam and their team will continue with the business post-acquisition, operating from its existing location in Swindon and continuing to trade under the All Med Pro name.
AMP will become part of the Digital Division of Brown & Brown (Europe), led by Steve Anson.

Regulatory approval for the transaction has been received, and the consideration is undisclosed.
