Criterion has announced the launch of its new Signature Claims Service, a dedicated division to address particularly complex or specialist claims, across a range of claims disciplines handled by the firm’s most experienced adjusters. The announcement reinforces Criterion’s commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality claims solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The new Signature Claims Service builds on the dedicated service Criterion provides to its HNW clients taking this a step further for niche, complex or specialist claims. by providing an enhanced service offering for claims and individuals requiring a more finely tailored and bespoke level of support. With its portfolio of HNW clients, Criterion has firmly established itself as a specialist in the luxury claims sector and set itself apart as a purely HNW-focused provider.

Over the past two years, Criterion has successfully expanded into several niche areas while maintaining its core HNW expertise. In particular, the company has supported Charles Taylor’s Marine division with luxury contents claims on board vessels, hence leveraging Criterion’s deep understanding of high-value goods. It also manages Global Marine Goods in Transit claims for logistics firms specialising in luxury item transport, an offer which has now been extended globally with the support from Charles Taylor’s international network of offices. The firm has also grown its Home Foreign claims service, becoming the adjuster of choice for international HNW clients with properties abroad. These developments have reinforced our reputation as a trusted partner for HNW claims, and Signature Claims Services formalises this expertise into a distinct service line.
