Acrisure continues to build its UK presence with a series of senior leadership appointments, further cementing a year of significant growth.
David Cramp, Rob White, and Rowanne Dicker have joined the Acrisure UK Retail leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, and Head of UK Retail Markets and Placement, respectively. Their appointments reflect Acrisure’s commitment to sustainable growth and its focus on strengthening leadership expertise to support the company’s rapid development in the market.
Together they bring deep sector expertise and market insight alongside the existing leadership team to accelerate Acrisure’s strategic expansion. All three report directly to Mark McIlquham, UK CEO at Acrisure.
David Cramp, Chief Revenue Officer, UK Retail at Acrisure, brings more than 20 years of market experience working with clients to navigate risk, access capacity, and deliver better outcomes. In his role, he will focus on driving growth while working with colleagues in the US and across Acrisure’s global network to unlock opportunities.

Rob White, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, UK Retail at Acrisure has worked in various compliance and risk-focused roles across several major global insurers, brokers and financial services firms. He brings a wealth of sector knowledge and experience to the Acrisure team.

I’m looking forward to helping lead and shape the business as it expands, ensuring that our commitment to strong governance and compliance supports our wider commercial goals.”
Rowanne Dicker, Head of UK Retail Markets and Placement at Acrisure, has extensive experience working with leading insurers, and both global and independent brokers. She brings strong market insight and expertise in building insurer partnerships, market access, and placement capabilities to the Acrisure team.
Rowanne said: “I’m excited to be joining Acrisure as it expands and deepens its market relationships. I’m focused on building on our strong insurer partnerships and supporting our brokers in delivering great outcomes for clients.”
