Insurance Choice Awards Winners Announced -

The word from the organisers as the 2025 winners are announced;

Smart Money People, the UK’s most comprehensive financial services review site, announced the winners of its 10th annual Insurance choice awards.

The ceremony took place at Plaisterers’ Hall, London, with over 150 guests in attendance. After hosting the British bank awards in May, much-loved comedian Simon Evans was back to host the evening of celebration. The awards are based on customer reviews left on Smart Money People’s website and recognise the very best in the insurance industry. This year’s Insurance choice awards saw over 50,000 customer reviews submitted.

Saga took home the crown of ‘Best British insurance company’ based on the customer reviews on Smart Money People’s website across their suite of products, and also won ‘Best health insurance provider’. Specialist insurers Insurancewith and Collingwood Insurance Services also won headline awards, taking home the titles of ‘Customer service champion’ and ‘Treating customers fairly champion’ respectively, with Insurancewith also winning ‘Best travel insurance provider’ and Collingwood scooping ‘Best motor insurance Provider’.

Meanwhile, One Call Insurance Services Limited retained their crown of ‘Best British insurance broker’, also winning ‘Best commercial insurance broker’.
