You have to admit it’s a snappier name all round, here’s the word;
Howden is the new name for RH Insurance and Cherished Vehicle Insurance (CVI), marking the next chapter for the classic car and specialist vehicle insurance brokers after joining Howden four years ago.
The rebrand, launched last week at the Classic Motor Show in Birmingham, also brings renewed investment in Howden’s specialist teams, services, and schemes, ensuring continued support for cherished vehicle owners and clubs across the UK, while also offering new, enhanced opportunities through the collective power of Howden.
Emma Airey, Affinity and Relationship Manager – Personal Insurance, Howden UK&I, said: “As we unveil our new brand, we are excited to mark this new chapter, continuing to bring the best insurance expertise to our clients, while growing through the power of a united brand.
Pete Barrett, General Manager, Howden Classics – Personal Insurance, Howden UK&I, said: “Howden’s client focus means it is the perfect home – and name – for RH Insurance and Cherished Vehicle Insurance. It’s the same great people, and same great service, now with a brand-new name and look, that’s fit for the future.”
The RH and CVI schemes will continue to exist, offering continuity for long-standing clients and club members while bringing several of Howden’s classic car insurance brands operating from its Birch Court office in Worcester together.
For cherished vehicle clubs, Howden is working closely with partners to update marketing collateral in due course. The team is excited to see the new brand take shape at events and club meets and looks forward to continuing its support for the community with a refreshed identity and renewed energy.
