The latest from Amiga as they sort out a long term deal on capacity;
Amiga Specialty, the specialty lines Managing General Agent (MGA), today announced it has secured multi-year, multi-product capacity via the Accelerant Risk Exchange to support its portfolio across Commercial D&O, Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, and Transactional Risks.
The announcement comes just six months after the firm’s debut, representing a significant step in its global growth trajectory as its first capacity milestone.

Since launching in June 2025 with backing from B.P. Marsh & Partners, Amiga has appointed a number of senior market leaders, including Martin Mills as Non-Executive Chairman; James Rasmussen as Managing Director, Management Liability UK & Europe; Jamie Ricketts as Managing Director, DOFI; Richard Mills as Managing Director, Transactional Risks; and Ralph Sherbahn, Managing Director, Financial Lines, Asia Pacific.
