iSure Launches Solicitors’ PI Product

 iSure, Ireland’s specialist SME insurance MGA, part of the International Speciality (Re)Insurance MGA Rokstone, has announced the launch of a new Solicitors’ Excess Layer Professional Indemnity facility.  It brings much-needed choice and new A-rated Great American capacity to the market ahead of this December’s renewal deadline.

The excess layer facility covers all law firms with a fee income of up to EUR10 million.  It offers indemnity limits of up to EUR5 million, and the ability to write layers attaching from EUR1.5 million.   Delivering vital choice and underwriting discipline in a softening market, the facility delivers tailored excess layer wordings, underwriting the risk on a per million basis, based on the primary market’s proposal form or renewal declaration.

With the 1st December renewal deadline fast approaching, brokers can benefit from this new product immediately and can expect a rapid quote turnaround of under an hour in most cases, thanks to the experience of skilled underwriters with deep sector expertise.
