Keoghs, the legal solutions arm of Davies has expanded its Healthcare & Sports legal team with the appointment of its new Healthcare Partner, Louise Jackson and Associate Katie Everson, in the North West of the UK. Both join from Clyde & Co.
Louise is a trusted advisor bringing over 15 years of expertise in defending complex medical and dental claims for leading insurers and indemnifiers, as well as having experience representing clinicians before their regulatory bodies and at inquests. She is also recognised as a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500.
Katie brings 10 years of litigation expertise, advising on claims against medical professionals including dentists, doctors, nurses and other practitioners through Medical Defence Organisations, insurers and private instructions. Katie is also experienced in healthcare non-claims matters, including inquests and regulatory work.
