US Customers Are Lovin’ LeakBot Tech

That’s the word from LeakBot as Nationwide orders another 1000 gadgets, here’s the word;

Ondo InsurTech (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, is pleased to announce that Nationwide has placed a further order for LeakBot devices and services to expand the program into ten additional states.

This follows the successful completion of Nationwide’s first two orders, which together deployed LeakBot across 16 states. The partnership has already delivered significant results, with LeakBot plumbers having fixed over 1,100 issues in Nationwide customers’ homes. Despite the rapid scale-up in distribution, LeakBot has consistently maintained excellent customer outcomes, including a Net Promoter Score of +87 and average Customer Satisfaction of 4.9 out of 5.0.

This next order confirms that LeakBot is now firmly established partner in Nationwide’s smart home program, which provides connected devices to help customers predict and prevent losses in the home.
