A time to look back and a time to look ahead to growth in 2026. Here’s the word;
PrismaLife AG expects a strong business result for 2025. According to preliminary business figures, new business will increase by around 10 percent compared to the previous year (EUR 25.1 million).
“This is a great success and strengthens our strategy of offering pension products that offer our customers a high degree of flexibility. In contrast to the rather weakening demand for pension products in the market, PrismaLife’s customers very often take advantage of the option of co-payments in current contracts,” says Holger Beitz, CEO of PrismaLife.
PrismaLife also expects a significant increase in net income. “At the moment, we are expecting a net profit for the year of around 2.5 million euros. That’s more than double the previous year,” says Beitz. “We expect further increases in earnings in the coming years.”
In the 25th year of its existence, the current rating by the Assekurata rating agency also confirms the stable development of PrismaLife. It rates PrismaLife stable at BBB+. Assekurata emphasizes PrismaLife’s high equity ratio and growth above market development. PrismaLife operates in a promising market, and additional development potential is also created through a stronger integration with the BarmeniaGothaer Group.
The clear focus on sustainability aspects also distinguishes PrismaLife. This is shown by the renewed recognition with a gold label for sustainability reporting. Out of 50 German insurance companies, PrismaLife achieved third place in Zielke Rating’s 2025 ranking.
