NFU Mutual has once again been recognised as a top employer in the UK, after being only one of three insurers announced in the 2026 Top Employers list. 

The leading rural insurer secured the honour for a fourth year in succession, making a list of just 102 companies and businesses throughout the UK. 

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices. The programme has certified and recognised nearly 2,500 Top Employers in 131 countries and regions.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six domains including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
