The latest news from Covea who have scored highly in a recent broker survey;
Covéa is proud to announce it has once again achieved a 5‑Star rating in the Insurance Times Broker Survey and has been ranked Number One for Personal Lines for the eighth consecutive year. The business has also secured 5 Stars for Commercial Lines, underscoring its consistent strength across both propositions.
The Insurance Times Broker Survey is one of the most respected benchmarks in the UK insurance market, with results based solely on broker feedback. Brokers rate insurers across key criteria including underwriting capability, service standards, ease of doing business, product quality, claims support and overall relationship management.
Achieving a 5‑Star rating reflects Covéa’s exceptional performance across all areas measured and highlights the strength of its partnerships with brokers.
Commenting on the achievement, Sue Coffey, Personal Lines Director, said: “This is an accolade we are extremely proud of because it is voted for by brokers. Being ranked number one for Personal Lines for eight years running, alongside achieving 5 Stars for both PL and CL, is a real testament to the consistency, commitment, and expertise of our teams.”
“The survey reflects the real, day‑to‑day experiences of brokers, so receiving this level of recognition tells us that the partnerships we work so hard to build are truly making a difference.”
Keith Hector, Commercial Lines Director, also paid tribute to colleagues across the organisation: “This recognition belongs to our people. From underwriting and claims to operations, technical, pricing and distribution, colleagues across the business play a vital role in delivering the standards brokers expect. Their dedication and professionalism make achievements like this possible.”
Keith also extended his thanks to brokers who took the time to participate:
“We sincerely appreciate all the brokers who voted and shared their feedback. Your support and trust are valued and never taken for granted.”
Covéa says the 5‑Star recognition will continue to drive investment in its propositions, deepen broker partnerships and maintain the high standards that have led to this achievement.
