Agenda Highlights

While the conference historically does not centre on a single theme, the 2026 agenda reflects sustained engagement with industry leaders across risk, claims, distribution, operations and technology, with speakers joining us from more than 25 countries. Nearly 200 sessions will explore enduring industry challenges alongside emerging developments shaping the future of insurance.

This year’s programme places increased emphasis on learning beyond insurance, considering what the industry can learn from developments in adjacent sectors, including autonomous mobility, advances in artificial intelligence, and other technologies beginning to reshape risk, regulation and customer engagement.

Sessions will also look into European societal risk resilience, examining how insurers are responding to systemic risks and long-term uncertainty. Responding to growing demand for accountability, the agenda also includes insurer-led discussions focused on demonstrable use cases and return on technology investment, alongside expanded interactive workshops and closed-door roundtables aimed at encouraging deeper, more practical exchange.
